Julian Bakery Instaketones promise incredible results and benefits.
They complete any low-carb diet and ketone drink perfectly!
After all, they were designed to solve your problems of being overweight, feeling lost, with low self-esteem. Right?
Wrong! Not all exogenous ketones are created equal.
After all, Julian Bakery was established with a goal to make healthy bread for everyone!
What could a bakery possibly know of weight-loss and exogenous ketones, right?
Have a look at the Instaketones review to see what these supplements can do for you and your healthier lifestyle!
What Are Instaketones?
As energy boosters, these supplements are supposed to kick your body into a fat-burning state.
They’re designed to mimic the effects of ketosis.
In other words, they should trick your body into believing it should burn fat for fuel instead of carbs.
It’s basically a supplement that aids you with weight loss most effectively when you’re on the low carb diet.
You can choose from different variations of Instaketones: BHB +potassium, Orange + caffeine, Orange Burst (with or without caffeine), and Unflavored + Calcium.
Ingredients of the orange keto drink:
- Beta-hydroxybutyrate
- Sodium
- Amino acid blend
- Citric acid
- Orange extract
- Monk fruit
- Organic caffeine
- Natural color (beta-carotene)
Benefits of Julian Bakery Instaketones & Side Effects
By supplementing on exogenous ketones, you can expect a number of benefits.
They give you an extra kick when you need it by:
- Helping to suppress appetite
- Giving you an energy boost
- Improving workout performance
- Helping you lose weight
You can feel the effects of Instaketones within an hour or two from taking them.
Sadly, you can easily overlook these benefits, because this supplement has some disadvantages and side effects many are concerned about.
Apart from the fact that it has a horrendous taste, nearly impossible to swallow, online reviews report the following:
- Difficult to mix in drinks
- No change in ketone levels
- Upset stomach
- Stomach cramps
- Feeling nauseated
- Loose motions
How to Use Instaketones?
Mix the exogenous ketone supplement with water or any other type of liquid.
Mix 1 scoop with 12 or 16 ounces of water until dissolved.
The company recommends taking it 15 minutes before workout.
For best effects, they suggest combining it with MCT oil.
Some users suggest mixing it with a bit of heavy cream and cocoa powder to improve the taste somewhat.
Others suggest mixing it with almond milk or unsweetened coconut milk to balance the flavor.
For further directions, the company also recommends you avoid any carbs, sugar, and starch for 4 hours after taking the supplement.
What’s more, they suggest you follow an IKdiet®plan, which is an intense diet and workout plan that incorporates weight loss workouts with Instaketones, and the keto diet.

How Effective / Does It Work?
Julian Bakery’s Instaketones work...to an extent.
They provide the energy boost, improve endurance, and increase focus.
What they didn’t do for me is to raise the ketone levels significantly, which was very disappointing!
When on a low-carb diet, they will somewhat help you lose weight, even though some people reported no actual results in that area.
Additionally, since the taste is so unbearable for some, people stopped drinking it before they actually experienced any weight loss.
Some customers feel ripped off (there’s no way of returning the product once it’s been opened), others prefer to turn to PK exogenous ketones instead.
After all, PK produces better exogenous ketones (supplements to increase ketosis); while they don’t taste heavenly either, you can easily use coconut milk or other liquids to mask the taste and make the drink tasty.
What’s more, they produce actual results (see more below).
Instaketones vs Pruvit
Both of these supplements are notorious for their bad taste.
When deciding between Instaketones vs. Keto OS, you should know that both of them cause unpleasant side effects that are sometimes just too annoying or too much to handle, including stomach cramps, nausea, and headaches.
Similar to Pruvit, some claims from the Better Business Bureau say that Instaketones company only keeps the positive reviews on the website, which are not that many.
As a matter of fact, the company looks quite new, judging by the number of reviews.
Their customer service also isn’t the best.
Still, one of these products is more effective than the other.
Have a look at the video below to see how these two supplements work in practice:
Unfortunately, we have to report similar results.
But, both of these elevated ketone levels, even though Pruvit has done it better and they lasted longer than with Instaketones.

Perfect Keto vs. Julian Bakery
Perfect Keto supplements (reviewed here) were designed by Anthony Gustin, who claims you can heal your body with real food and ketosis.
All their products are based on this thesis.
Perfect Keto (PK) uses clean ingredients without any excess fillers, sugars, caffeine, fake flavors and colorings.
Their BHB salts are high-quality.
Even though they don’t taste tremendously delicious, the company is aware of that, trying to provide the best experience to their customers not only with their products but with customer service as well.
Julian Bakery was originally founded to provide healthy bread for anyone.
They have grown with this idea in their minds and have turned into producers of low-carb, keto, paleo, and gluten-free movements.
All of the Julian Bakery products steer clear of chemicals, sugars, carbs, and gluten.
Still, their orange flavor only has 35% 5-star and 29% 1-star reviews on Amazon, while PK has 51% 5-star reviews, and only 16% 1-star.
In terms of elevating ketone levels, Instaketones may let you down more times that you’d hope for.
The company lacks serious customer service and isn’t nearly as responsible as PK, which will send your products on time, and help you lose your weight but not your temper.
Where to Buy?
When purchasing Instaketones, you can get them straight from Amazon, which is always a good option.
Another option is buying them from their official website.
These are both reliable online merchants, and you should have no problem with either one.
Conclusion
Instaketones isn’t a bad supplement.
It’s somewhat effective if you can get past the flavor and the side effects.
It comes with a weight loss plan that it’s specifically designed for the low-carb diet.
Still, this product just doesn’t seem to convince me.
It doesn’t elevate the ketone levels enough actually to kick you into ketosis and help you lose weight.
It does many things right, but this is not one of them.
When it comes to finding the right weight loss supplement, your body has to like it, it has to be effective, and if the taste is bearable and drinkable, it’s a win-win for you!
That’s how I feel about the Perfect Keto!
I found some comments about it on Reddit, and I’ve been hooked ever since.
It’s more effective, it tastes better, and it’s cleaner!
